Summary
The council added a condition to Boon Street Market's liquor renewal: close at 11:30 PM Sunday–Thursday including indoors, keeping 1 AM Friday/Saturday indoor closing until a November 2 hearing review. A split 3-2 vote shows the council is divided on the neighborhood noise/livability question.
